রাত বাড়লে ভালোবাসা বাড়ে,

জেগে থাকে একটা শহর

ঘুম ঘুম চোখ,

মাউসে হাতছানি নিরন্তর;

হেড লাইট জ্বেলে রাতের ট্রাক ছুটে যায়

রেখে যায় ধুলোবালি, গল্প গাঁথা

সুগন্ধি অভিমান

আরক্ত নয়ন,

গল্প বলা শহর জেগে থাকে সারারাত।
