Dilip Bathija is an Author, Entrepreneur, Peak-Performance Coach, Speaker, Philosopher and a Humanitarian.
At the age of 22, Dilip holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the prestigious VIT University, India, and is also a Certified Talent Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, U.S.A, and a Certified Leadership Trainer from the National School of Leadership, India.
He is also the Co-founder and Director of his company, Eco Dimensions Pvt. Ltd. based in Kolkata, which owns the Brand ‘BEiNG’. At a young age, Dilip already has an extensive experience in Human Resource, Leadership and Marketing. He has inspired thousands of people through his Peak-Performance trainings and seminars across corporations and mass public. He is known among his peers as a Human-Artist, having proved to have shaped the lives of thousands.
Dilip firmly believes and lives by the adage that a poor teacher complains, while an average teacher explains; a good teacher teaches, but a great teacher inspires! Currently, he is the Author of the highly acclaimed upcoming Self-help/ Inspirational book titled 'The Superhero Soul' in publication with Bloomsbury Publishing Plc.
